The Grand Western Canal
The Canal dates back to 1814 and was declared a Country Park in 1971 and a Local Nature Reserve in 2005. It is popular for recreation, wildlife and historic interest and provides a wonderful setting to enjoy walking, cycling, boating and fishing.
